Setting up email is something which we are most commonly asked for help with. While we are happy to guide you in setting up your email, we are not a technical support company.
We can not help with problems caused with email unless it is caused by a problem with our servers.

Please note: We do not offer support when setting up email services on mobile devices (smartphones, PDA's etc). We can provide you with the necessary log in details e.g. username and password. For any further advice please contact your service provider or the sales representative.

Once we have given you control of your online shop you become responsible for maintaining the content of the shop. We recommend that you keep copies of all images that you include in the shop and perform regular back ups of the shop database.
