We were commissioned to create a online strategy for the MST-PIS group. The PIS (Parkins Industrial Supplies) is one of the South West's leading suppliers of industrial equipment and especially welding units and consumables. The focus of their business is trade and professionals, so we tailored the website to customers who know what they need and need to find a product is which is suited.

The timeline on this involved focusing on the welding equipment side of the business. We planned out and implemented a strategy for populating the shop and adopting the lessons learned from the AS Watersports online shop, for bringing a new player into a specialised field dominated by a few established competitors.
